1. All prices shown in the price-list are net and are subject to alteration without notice . Bills will be prepared accordingly at the time of dispatch.

2. Lorry, state transport receipt is forwarded through bank.Cheques are not acceptable.

3. In case of not releasing the documents , demurrage the expenses incurred to call back the goods including losses, bank commission etc. will be debited to the parties account.

4. We are not responsible for non supply of medicine because of shortage of material and such other circumstances beyond our control.

5. All the disputes regarding business transaction will be subject to Belgaum Jurisdiction .

6. All orders from Stockists / Chemists will be entertained only if they are accompanied by Sales Tax
No. transporters name and previous dues cleared.

7. The trade prices are excluding Value Added Tax.

8. Only for Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh .
